During the current times, large gatherings are not allowed, but that wouldn’t get in the way of Allie & Peter saying “I Do” with their immediate family by their side. Luckily for them, the groom’s mother had a gorgeous yard that I would say was built for intimate celebrations! With a beautiful, lush rose garden, plenty of patio space, and the coziest lounge and fire pit moment, I’d say it was the perfect spot!
After having to indefinitely postpone their 200+ person large wedding that was to take place in Oakland in October, Allie & Peter took some time to think about what matters most to them, ultimately leading them to decide on a much smaller, intimate celebration.
Surrounded by their immediate family, Allie & Peter said “I Do” with beautiful & tearful personal vows, siblings & parents by their side, and their extended family & friends watching on a live stream. It was a memorable affair to celebrate their love.
Allie is a lover of color, bold and bright, and as summery as can be. We designed an elegant yet playful setting with special touches to represent Allie’s vision – all the way down to selecting every guests attire, the ties that every sibling & father wore, and my favorite, the officiant’s dress! It was all the perfect combination of Summer-time bold mixed with lush Fall foliage. The true making for an epic garden party micro-wedding!
