We love how this Old-World, Tuscan inspired wedding in Sonoma Valley at Viansa Winery for A&N came to life! It was a floral-filled day with beautiful vineyard views, delicious Italian inspired food, an aperol spritz bar, and an overall timeless and classic wedding design with a neutral palette.

Guests were welcomed onsite by gorgeous views of the rolling hills of Sonoma, cascading vineyards and layers of cypress trees! It was a beautiful, warm Summer day in July, and the perfect backdrop for a timeless, old-world vintage wedding! This was one of our favorite weddings of 2023!
The color palette for the day was focused on neutrals and greens, with touches of blush and peach, and pops of blue! Bridesmaids wore different dresses in a light sky blue shade, and held posies of single ingredient white flowers by Flower Girl Em.
The ceremony was a beautiful and sentimental experience for our couple and their guests, and everyone’s favorite part was when the bride & groom’s ring bearer dog, Oliver, made a special appearance. Then once guests entered cocktail hour, they were again welcomed by Oliver, but this time as part of their seating chart display, which was Oliver’s treat shop! Shimmer & Stain created such a fun experience for guests to grab a special cookie [shaped like a dog bone!] while finding their seat assignment.
Guests enjoyed an aperol spritz or a lemon drop martini as they basked in the sun, ate some delicious bites, and enjoyed the live music by The Ben Mallare Band at cocktail hour.
Leaning into the Italian style of design that the venue showcases, we wanted the al fresco dinner to transport our guests to a Tuscan Villa while overlooking the vineyards. Our long dining tables were lined with florals and candles, and then filled with family style platters of food and delicious wine.
We used a natural fabric linen to bring a light and airy feel to the tables, and brought in that pop of ice blue with our napkins! The candle holders and flatware reflected a vintage antique gold hue which stood out against the neutral palette of the overall design.
Our place cards were attached to our menus with wax seals and a little olive sprig, representing both the couples love of olive trees from Italy, and their dog, Oliver!
And then it was time to party!
Our bride changed into a sleek, satin dress, and made her way to the dancefloor for their first dance as husband and wife. From there, the band kicked things off and the party was non-stop until the very end. We had a packed dancefloor, a black & white photobooth, late night pizzas and an all around epic celebration!
a special thank you to all the vendors who played a role in this special day!
